How To View Sub-Account(s) SMS Reports

To view a sub-account(client) SMS reports, follow the steps below;

  1. Go to "Reseller" on the main menu of the dashboard

  2. Select "Reports" on the drop down menu

  3. Fill in the search boxes with the sub-account information details i.e. account name or username. Select the duration period of the report in the start and end date boxes.

  4. When done click the "Filter' button to view the sub-account SMS report which will load automatically
